ABC123: Food Therapy
ABC123 can be used on its own or as part of your wider therapy journey. It’s a structured, easy-to-follow food plan tailored to your body type, any allergies, and health conditions. But it’s more than just a plan, it’s food therapy. A method that helps uncover the root causes, patterns, emotions, and unmet needs behind how and why you eat.
This work is designed to regulate and restore the body, so the mind can settle. It takes the stress and confusion out of eating, and instead builds a clear, calm, and compassionate relationship with food, one that supports your nervous system, stabilises your energy, and gently brings you back to yourself.
I created ABC123 to help reverse the damage done to the human body through poor nutrition and emotional and human disconnection. I believe that food is medicine, that what we eat shapes how we feel, think, and function. Healing the gut, restoring the microbiome, and nourishing the brain and systems within the body are essential steps to helping you feel more energised, focused, and connected.
This method also teaches how using food consciously can support the mind-body connection, helping you come into alignment with your true self. By eating food from the land and to your body type, natural, real, living food, your body becomes grounded again, connected to the earth, to mother nature, to God or whatever you believe in.
ABC123 breaks food into four categories:
- A – Abundance
- B – Balance
- C – Control
- D – Discipline
The plan is colour-coded, simple to follow, and adaptable for all walks of life, no separate meals for children or added stress.

TPT123: Therapeutic Personal Training
Because the body remembers, and it also knows how to heal’.
Therapeutic Personal Training can be used as a standalone or alongside nutrition and or therapy. It is the second of the two core structures I offer, the first being ABC123: Food Therapy, which forms the foundation to build upon. Together, they support your body throughout your healing journey.
TPT123: Therapeutic Personal Training is literally personal training that is also therapy. It is based on the science that when muscle tissue is torn or activated through movement, stored memories surface. We talk about, explore, and process these memories as they come up, and trace whether any patterns linked to the trauma or memory are still being acted out or influencing your current life in some way. I use body maps to track where in your body memories are held, aiming to release, process, and then strengthen the muscle at the same time, building a stronger physical container and a clearer sense of your personal boundaries.
It is more than just exercise, it’s personal training that works at a therapeutic level. I am a trauma-informed counsellor and built this model around the understanding that trauma lives in the body. This work gently helps you access and release what your body has been holding, creating space for the real strength, knowledge, and wisdom of your soul to reveal it self to speak to and guide you.
When you move, whether it be through walking, weight training, cardiovascular activity, yoga, or breath work, you activate not just muscle and energy systems, but memory. Often, stored or buried experiences surface. TPT123 holds a place for these moments. We talk about what comes up, explore what memory each part of the body is holding, and release it. This creates space for the knowledge and wisdom your body holds to guide you on your soul’s purpose. I track where in your body these memories are held using body maps and explore how those patterns still play out in the present. Simultaneously, you are strengthening those areas, physically and emotionally, building a stronger container and clearer personal boundaries.
This is healing from the inside out, restoring not just physical strength, but connection to your body, your energy, and your sense of self.
I design the training plans in line with your body type, energy systems, and any trauma you may have experienced. It might include walking, weight training, cardiovascular exercise, yoga, breath-led movement, or nervous system regulation practices. I work with your body practically and energetically, always with care and respect for where you are, and always mindful of your trauma history (if any).
My aim is not to push beyond what you are able to do prematurely, but to guide and challenge you so that you feel safe and supported to fully process and release the memories to allow for the joy to come forward. To support you in remembering the connection between your mind and body, and to help you feel grounded, safe, focused, and more at home in yourself.
When the mind and body work together, it creates a powerful spark, like the energy of mitochondria, the life force ignited at the very beginning of existence.
In my work as a Therapeutic Personal Trainer, I integrate therapy, nutrition, and exercise to help you REMEMBER this unity, to bring clarity, confidence, and a sense of direction, not rooted in pressure, but in purpose. My aim is to help bridge deep inner healing with grounded, meaningful action in the outer world.

I came to Victoria after losing my 16-year-old son. In my grief, I turned to food, but her food therapy saved me.
