Money
1. Creating a Conscious Spending Plan
We begin by looking at your income and fixed costs, including your essential living expenses and any regular debt payments, so you have a clear understanding of what is going out and how much you need each month to cover your expenses.
2. Savings
I teach you how to plan and manage your savings, including building an emergency fund and saving for holidays, gifts, a car or other things you want or need in the future.
3. Investments
I help you understand the role of pensions and longer-term investments, giving you the knowledge and tools to begin planning and implementing financial security for your future self.
4. Guilt-free spending
We create space for guilt-free spending on the things that are important to you and bring joy and beauty to you and the people you love, without shame.
5. Staying on track
As you integrate these changes, I help you review and adjust your plan as your life changes, guiding you back when you lose your way. Over time, you learn to spend and save with greater confidence and purpose, creating financial habits that support both the life you are living now and the future you are building.
Testimonials
Victoria is so organised and helped me write out all my finances, something I had been avoiding, and which was causing me anxiety. She wasn’t judgemental and made me feel safe and supported. She then guided me through her money structure and helped me plan my finances in line with my own priorities. It was the perfect balance of having a strong, safe structure with the flexibility to live my life how I wanted within it. I’m so grateful for the structure and freedom she provided. I’m gradually working towards becoming financially independent.

My finances were a mess when I first came to Victoria. I kept repeating the same patterns again and again, stuck in cycles I didn’t even realise I was living in. Victoria guided me to explore the roots: what I’d learnt about money from childhood, family, and the world around me. We then mapped out those beliefs and created a clear plan for my finances using her simple money system. Three years later, I’m debt-free, saving for a home, travelling regularly, and investing in my future. But most of all, I feel proud, no longer ashamed of what I have or want. My relationship with money, and with myself, has changed dramatically.
