Introduction to Victoria

I help people rebuild their relationship with their mind, body, habits, money, and relationships.

I am the founder and creator of Wholeyfit – The Souls Compass Method™, a full approach to healing and change. It’s a holistic support system that includes therapy, nutrition, exercise, life coaching, and financial support to allow for better relationships.

Because when the body is nourished, the mind can think clearly. When you feel safe in your body, real change can happen.

And when there’s structure in place, the soul can lead the way.

My approach

I approach my work from an Integrative Transpersonal perspective. My method has 5 elements, which incorporate all aspects of a person to help them come home to themselves.

I’ve woven these elements together to give you practical tools and a safe place to explore, reconnect and grow – to reunite you with your body, set boundaries, build resilience, and transform how you show up in the world. You can use each element on its own or combine some or all to help achieve a full 360° life.

Using therapy, I uncover the blueprints and root causes of your behaviours and belief systems. I help you drop into the pain, the emotions, and the feelings — to heal deeply, so you can unapologetically free yourself to become yourself. I use food to heal the gut and exercise designed for your body type to map and release where trauma or knowledge is held in the body. Through life coaching, I help you create a soul-led compass for the life you came here to live, supported by daily structure and habits. I also provide tools to support your finances, so you can build better connections and relationships.

I believe mental health support should include the body, too — because real healing happens when you work from the inside out. The Transpersonal approach helps you build your life authentically, in a way that feels true to you. I want people to feel more connected and healthier, so they can find and experience real love and joy in their lives.

This isn’t just a plan — it’s food and exercise as medicine, designed to uncover the emotional roots behind how you eat and move and build a grounded, compassionate connection with yourself.
